Dr. Manchester is a member of the American Economic Association, the Society of Government Economists, the National Economists Club serving as its vice president in 1985 and 1987 as well as on the board of directors from 1989 to 1992, and the Yale Club of Washington DC serving on the board of directors and as vice president from 2004 to 2007. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University in 1964 and a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota in 1973 and has been featured Who’s Who in Finance and Industry, Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in the East, and Who’s Who in the World.
