S ince 1986, Scott Hogenson Filstrup has served as president of The Consultants Ltd, a privately owned and funded company that is a specialist consultancy in software testing. Backed by over four decades of professional experience, Mr. Filstrup has made a name for himself in the field. In 1973, he became a commercial developer and supervisor for the Monsanto Company, serving in that position for one year before taking on the position of director of industry planning with Agrico Chemical Company.
